- Temporary Face Data: To perform a swap, our AI temporarily generates technical face-alignment data (such as landmark coordinates and embeddings) from your uploaded media. This data exists only for the duration of the processing job, is used solely to generate your result, and is discarded afterwards. We do not use it for identification, verification, or recognition of any individual, and we do not build face profiles or maintain a face database.
- Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information for analytics and service improvement purposes.
- Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with the App, including features used, number of processing requests, credit consumption, and session duration to improve the user experience.
- Account Information: If you create an account or sign in (including via Apple or Google sign-in), we collect the identifier and email address provided so we can restore your purchases and credits across devices.
- Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, transaction data is processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.
- Camera, Photo Library & Video Access: The App requires access to your device's camera and/or photo and video library so you can select or capture the media you want to edit. This access is used solely for the App's core functionality.

Photos and videos you upload for processing are handled with strict privacy measures:

- Source files and results are temporarily cached to deliver the output and are automatically deleted within 24 hours
- Temporary face-alignment data generated during processing is discarded as soon as the job completes
- We do not use your personal photos or videos to train our AI models
- We do not share, sell, or distribute your media to any third party
- Results you save or export are stored only on your own device, unless you choose to share them yourself
Consent for Faces of Other People
Face swap technology involves the likeness of real people. You are responsible for the content you upload.
- Only upload photos or videos of yourself, or of people who have given you their explicit permission to use their image in this way
- Do not upload images of minors for face swapping
- Do not use the App to create misleading, defamatory, sexual, or harmful content depicting real people, or content that impersonates someone for deception or fraud
- Content generated with the App is AI-manipulated media; you should clearly label it as such when sharing publicly
If someone believes their likeness has been used without consent, they may contact us at the address below and we will review the report and take appropriate action.
Third-Party Services
Our App may use the following third-party services that may collect information:
- Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: For usage analytics, push notifications, and crash reporting
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For payment processing and subscription management
- Cloud Infrastructure & AI Processing Providers: For secure media processing, delivery, and temporary storage
